Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact
- Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers
- Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products
- Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments
- Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales
- Update customer’s information accurately in the Bank’s system
- Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits
- Candidate with at least one (1) year working experience in retail, banking or financial industry would be preferred
- Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage;
- Strong customer handling and problem solving skills
- Ability to navigate and use tablet and other digital tools
